Deb has been actively listing and selling real estate since 1987. In 1995, she started managing, recruiting, and training Realtors, but always continued to work with her personal sphere of influence. To be an effective leader, Deb stays abreast of current conditions. She taught prelicense courses and Continuing Education classes since 1995 in York, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Reading and Hanover. She received her Associate Broker’s license in 1995, and truly enjoys helping other Realtors be successful in this rewarding business.
